Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the She Earns From Home website and your interaction with our educational resources, courses, coaching, webinars, and related services. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Separate terms shown at checkout or for a specific programme may also apply.
2. Our services
SEFH provides educational and career-readiness services, which may include Digital Work Lab, guided coaching, webinars, downloadable resources, and other programmes. Programme content, schedules, availability, and prices may change. The description shown on the relevant programme page or checkout should explain what is included in that purchase.
3. No guarantee of employment or income
Our programmes are educational and preparatory. We do not guarantee a remote job, an interview, a client, business success, or any particular income. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, effort, experience, market conditions, and decisions made by employers or clients. Participants are responsible for deciding how to apply the information provided.
4. Registration and account details
You agree to provide accurate information when registering for a programme or contacting us. Keep any login details secure and do not share paid course access with others unless the relevant programme terms expressly allow it. Tell us promptly if you believe your access has been used without permission.
5. Payments and access
Prices, payment methods, access periods, and what is included will be displayed on the relevant programme page or checkout. Payments may be processed by a third-party provider such as Selar. The provider's checkout and payment terms may also apply. Access will be provided according to the information stated for the product purchased.
Do not rely on a price, promotion, date, or offer mentioned in an old social media post if the current programme page or checkout states otherwise.
6. Learning materials and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, course videos, worksheets, templates, written materials, branding, and other content provided by SEFH are owned by or licensed to SEFH. You may use materials for your own personal learning and professional preparation. You must not copy, resell, publicly redistribute, publish, or use them to create a competing paid product without our prior written permission, except where the law permits.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, or use our resources unlawfully. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
8. Third-party platforms and links
The website may link to WhatsApp, Selar, social networks, or other third-party websites. We do not control their services or policies. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Any cancellation or refund request is handled under the refund policy presented on this website and any applicable terms clearly presented at checkout. Please read the Refund Policy before purchasing. The final policy must be confirmed by SEFH before the website is published for paid enrolments.
10. Website availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the website and resources available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page will always be error-free. Website content is general educational information and is not a substitute for personalised legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SEFH is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or educational materials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This section must be reviewed for enforceability under applicable Ghanaian law before publication.
12. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services develop. The updated version will appear on this page with a revised date. Changes will not remove rights that cannot lawfully be removed.
14. Governing law and contact
These terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws applicable in Ghana, subject to any mandatory legal requirements. Contact us with questions at sheearnsfromhome@gmail.com or via WhatsApp: +233 55 445 2798.
